Hello, I’m Jess, a coach, mentor, and firm believer that our journey on Earth is not just to survive but to thrive. Often, our ability to engage in daily activities is hindered by physical health or chronic conditions like PCOS. In response, we embark on a mission to transform our bodies, seeking the best diet and workouts to achieve our goals. However, the results are often short-lived—perhaps lasting only a month or a few—leaving us back at square one. Why? Because we’ve been led to believe that clean eating and exercise alone suffice for body transformation. I disagree.
To achieve lasting change, I advocate for a holistic approach. Transformation goes beyond diet and workouts; it involves a deliberate examination of various aspects of our lives. The key to real change lies in being intentional across different areas. One frequently overlooked aspect? Relationships! Yes, your connections—with yourself, friends, family, romantic partners, and the broader community—can impact your health and your ability to prioritise self-care.
